Return & Refund Policy

  2. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Perishable items such as juices and certain supplements may not be eligible unless damaged during shipping.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Any tampering, broken seals, or signs of use will void the return.
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage may be required.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Exchanges for defective or incorrect products can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement products will be shipped free of additional charges wherever applicable.
